The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted, the lower court was justifiable to have determined that all of the facts charged in this case against the Defendants was guilty on the grounds as stated in its reasoning.

In doing so, contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors of misapprehending the legal principles regarding the arrest of flagrant offenders or the defense of political parties, etc.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
