Punishment of the crime

At around 21:10 on January 23, 2013, the Defendant, on the street at the entrance of “Ccabare” located in Busan, Busan, on the ground that the victim D (n, 61 years old) who danced in the carcas, refused the Defendant’s horse going in singing room, thereby getting annoyed, such as the Defendant’s refusal to do so.
