1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 130 million with the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 13, 2015 to the day of full payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1, 2, and 4, the defendant borrowed KRW 350 million from the plaintiff around January 21, 2003, and paid the principal amount of KRW 220 million until October 201, but did not pay the remainder of KRW 130 million.

According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from October 13, 2015 to the day of full payment, as claimed by the plaintiff, with the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case, to the day of the delivery of the copy of the complaint of this case.

The plaintiff's claim is justified within the scope of the above recognition, and it is partially accepted.
