Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in the duty of driving B cream vehicles.

1. On July 15, 2014, the Defendant drives the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of about 0.111% from the 1km section of approximately 1k to the front of the daily restaurant in front of the Heagu-gu, Seogu, Daegu to the day-to-day restaurant in the same Dong, at around 22:28:28;

2. The three-lanes in front of the one-month restaurant in the main Dong-dong, Seogu, Seogu, Seog-gu, in the speed of about 30 km from the side of the public parking lot in a long-term Dong, along the two-lanes in the direction of the Sung Middle School.

In such cases, when a person engaged in the driving of motor vehicles changes a lane in a clear mental state at all times, he/she has a duty of care to inform the change of the direction in advance by hand or direction, etc., and to make the traffic situation of the front and rear left well and change the lane well.

Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant had contact with the left side of the vehicle driving by the Defendant, following the left side of the vehicle driving by the victim C (the 19-year-old) who is driving in the same direction as a one-lane in the same direction, due to the negligence of changing the lane.

As a result, the Defendant suffered from the above victim's occupational negligence in light of the foregoing: (a) Hemar base, tensions, etc. in need of approximately one-day treatment for the same passenger E (20 years of age) in light of the need to receive approximately one-day treatment for the same passenger; and (b) in light of the need to receive approximately one-day treatment for the same passenger F (18 years of age) in the same vehicle.
