All appeals by the Defendants are dismissed.

A. Defendant B had the record of having been punished twice for the same crime (one time of fine punishment and one time of suspended execution), even though the previous crime was committed for the same kind of crime, the crime of this case was committed again, and the crime of this case is very serious.
