Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On March 29, 2019, at around 22:30, the Defendant driven a Csch Rexton car in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.151% from the 3km section of the blood alcohol content to the front road of the same Gu as the 245 Ayang-ro, Daegu-gu, Daegu-ro, 2019.
