A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months, and imprisonment with prison labor for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. (1) On March 13, 2012, the Defendant: (a) at the office of 1005 of the Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C building; (b) the Defendant’s father did not delegate the disposal, such as the purchase and sale of real estate in the forest and forest and forest land owned by D; (c) the Defendant stated that the Defendant was the power of attorney on the paper A4; (d) “name: name: D; resident number: G; and address: H building 107-1203 in the delegating column; and (d) “name: number A: I: address: H building in the Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-do, Gyeonggi-do; 107-1203” in the letter of delegation; and (d) stated “real estate indication” in the column of real estate indication.

2. The Gangwon-do Hongcheon-gun.

F. Having written “25,785 square meters (forest)”, we confirm that “I will delegate any work relating to the sale and purchase of the specified real estate to others.”

On March 13, 2012, “D” was written and marked D’s seal previously possessed in D’s name. Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a letter of delegation in D’s name, which is a private document on rights and obligations. (2) On the same date, at the same place as in the preceding paragraph, and at the location of the site for the real estate sales contract, the Defendant continued to place “59,917” in the column of “forest, forest, and land category” in Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-do, J, K, F, E, and land category column, and “Y million, 400,000” in the sale price column. In the seller’s address column, the seller’s address column stated “107-1203”, “G, telephone number column”, “D” in the name column, and affixed D’D’s prior seal on D’s name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a sales contract in the name of D, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

B. The Defendant, at the same time and place as in the preceding paragraph, concluded a sales contract for real estate owned by M&D, which is aware of the forgery, and concluded a forged delegation and sales contract as above.
