Defendant
The appeal filed by both the candidate for medical treatment and custody and the prosecutor is dismissed.
Reasons
1. The summary of the grounds for appeal is that the defendant and the applicant for medical treatment and custody (hereinafter referred to as the "defendant") are too unreasonable because the court below's imprisonment (15 years of imprisonment and confiscation) is too unreasonable, and the prosecutor is deemed to be too uneasible and unfair.
2. Determination
A.
