Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a holder of an objection to GTS125, which has no number plate.

No person shall operate any motor vehicle other than those as prescribed by the Presidential Decree, on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance.

Nevertheless, on September 10, 2016, the Defendant operated the automobile, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, on the road located in front of Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu.
