Punishment of the crime

On August 7, 2016, at around 01:25, the Defendant driven a car with approximately 1 km B from the light belt near the Changwon Mucompo-dong to the front path of the tri-ro public parking lot located in the same Dong-dong, under the influence of alcohol of 0.142% of blood alcohol level.
