Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

On August 21, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Seoul Southern District Court on February 20, 2020 and released upon revocation of detention on February 21, 202, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on February 21, 2020, and the execution of the sentence was terminated.
