Punishment of the crime
"2017 Highest 2504"
1. The Defendant stolen, on June 10, 2017, at around 00:19, the third floor “GPC room” located in Ulsan-dong, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, with one half of 200,000 won in cash owned by the victim H (35 years of age), driving license, national card, and one half of 200,000 won in the market price, each of which includes one head of the agricultural card.
2. Attempted fraud;
A. On June 10, 2017, the Defendant, using the Nonghyup Card, by deceiving the victim by suggesting that the NA card was owned by the Defendant, as described in paragraph 1, to L (54 years old) who is an employee from the “K Mart” in the operation of the VictimJ located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, Seoul-do, as of June 10, 2017, is approximately KRW 45,000 in the market price by deceiving the victim as if he was the Defendant’s ownership.

B. On June 10, 2017, around 09:25, the Defendant, using the national card, by deceiving the victim by suggesting that he was the Defendant’s possession of the stolen national card, as described in paragraph 1, from “N (n, 39 years of age) who is an employee,” a victim’s name in the Nam-gu, Ulsan-gu Mamt, Ulsan-gu’s name, operation of the victim’s whereabouts, and at least KRW 45,00 of the market price.
