1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 20, 2017 to the day of complete payment.

1. On February 26, 2014, the Plaintiff leased KRW 10,000,000 to the Defendant for the period of repayment until March 30, 2014. On June 30, 2014, the Plaintiff leased KRW 20,000,000 to the Defendant for the period of repayment until December 30, 2014. As the Defendant fails to pay this, the Plaintiff claimed against the Defendant for the payment of KRW 30,000,000 in total, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day following the date of delivery of a copy of the instant complaint to the day of full payment.
