Punishment of the crime

On July 5, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Gwangju District Court's net support.

On October 18, 2019, the Defendant driven a car under the influence of alcohol 0.174% in the section of about 2 km from the Do in front of the container park located in the school 02:00 p.m. to the roads in front of the convenience store located in the summer-si B in the summer-si.
