Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of B-si.

On June 15, 2014, the Defendant driven the above taxi on June 11:33, 2014, and driven the three-lane road in front of the Yangcheon-gu Volunteer Center, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, Seoul, at the center of Yangcheon-gu, in the speed of about 70 km from the new distance to the new distance.
