Punishment of the crime

[criminal record] On June 14, 2013, the defendant received a disposition to forward juvenile protection cases due to a violation of road traffic laws at the branch offices of the Changwon District Public Prosecutor's Office (drinking).

[Criminal facts]

1. On September 15, 2017, the Defendant: (a) on September 15, 2017, driven B Obaba while under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.163% from the section of approximately 500 meters in the direction of “malurine” in front of the main road located in the ancient city at a macro-city on September 15, 2017 to the front road of “malurine” located in the same Dong.

On September 15, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking) around 05:05, on June 14, 2016, the juvenile protection case was sent at the Changwon District Prosecutors' Office, which was a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), and the Defendant violated the prohibition of drinking under the Road Traffic Act at least twice by regulating drinking at the places specified in paragraph (1).

Nevertheless, on September 15, 2017, around 02:02:15, the Defendant driven B Orala while under the influence of alcohol with approximately KRW 0.095% of alcohol concentration in the blood, from the front side of the “Pacificel” on September 15, 2017, which was located in the Go-dong-dong-dong in the same city, to the Dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong road.
