1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Plaintiff was appointed as a policeman on October 17, 1992, and served as a slope on December 1, 2006, and served in the B police station’s life safety transport and C police box.

B. On September 4, 2017, the Defendant violated Articles 56 (Duty of Fidelity), 57 (Duty of Fidelity) and 63 (Duty of Maintain Dignity) of the State Public Officials Act due to the following disciplinary actions (hereinafter “instant disciplinary action”), and therefore, attached Table 17 of Article 4 (1) of the Regulations on Disciplinary Measures, etc. against Police Officials (hereinafter “Rules on Disciplinary Measures”).

And according to the attached Table 3(2)(hereinafter referred to as the "instant disposition"), disciplinary action for dismissal was taken.

From July 2016, the Plaintiff was residing in the second floor of the E Public Security Center located in Chang-gun (hereinafter “E Public Security Center”). From around 01:00 to around 03:00 on August 7, 2017, the Plaintiff was dismissed from the police officer who visited the E Public Security Center on the floor by drinking alcohol from the second floor room to the first floor office of the E Public Security Center after drinking alcohol from the second floor from around 01:00 on August 7, 2017.

The Plaintiff, from 18:30 to 19:30 on the same day, was 2 soldiers in the second floor of the E Public Security Center, and was driving a car owned by the Plaintiff at a level of 0.212% of blood alcohol level around 21:00 on the same day, and was shocked (repair cost 1,177,670 won) at a distance of 800 meters from the E Public Security Center.

The plaintiff returned to the second floor of the E Public Security Center after the traffic accident, and around 22:00 on the same day, damaged the public building by drinking the wall (338,000 won as repair cost).

C. On September 26, 2017, the Plaintiff filed a petition review with the appeals review committee on the instant disposition, but was dismissed on December 20, 2017.
