If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On April 2016, the Defendant arbitrarily removed three embankments for cultivation, indicating the boundary of the land owned by the victim E (13,133 square meters) located adjacent to the said land in Jin-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, in order to make it impossible for the Defendant to recognize the boundary of the land owned by the victim.
