Punishment of the crime

On April 14, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of three million won for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the Busan District Court's Dong Branch on April 14, 2010, and a person who violated Article 44 (1) of the Road Traffic Act on at least two occasions after being sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (dacting driving) at the same court on August 20, 2015.

Around 12:00 on June 19, 2018, the Defendant driven BM 530D cars without a driver’s license with a alcohol level of 0.12% during blood, and continued to drive approximately 3 km from the front of Busan Shipping Daegu B to the entrance into the entrance into the luminous section. As above, the Defendant: (a) caused the victim C (47 years old) who was driven by negligence in the course of performing duties due to a driver’s negligence while driving a vehicle under influence of alcohol; (b) had the victim C (47 years old driving D); (c) had the front part of the vehicle, and (d) had the victim E (58 years old driving car) who was under the influence of the vehicle; and (c) had the victim E, namely, the victim’s tension and the victim’s tension during the pertinent 2 week treatment period; (d) had the victim’s tension and the victim’s tension during the pertinent 5 week treatment period; and (e) had the victim’s tension and the victim’s tension during the pertinent 2 week treatment period.
