Punishment of the crime

1. On September 10, 2012, around 10:40 on September 10, 2012, the Defendant obstructed the business affairs of the victim C company by having the husband look at the C company office located in the five floors of Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul building, but not opening the office door.
