1. Defendant A

(a) The sentence against the defendant shall be six months of imprisonment;

(b) provided, however, that this judgment has become final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in other Acts, no defendant A (former C) shall transfer or take over any access medium in using or managing the access medium;

Nevertheless, the Defendant accepted the proposal that he would offer KRW 1 million per account on the face of the transfer of the passbook to be used as the deposit account of the illegal sports earth site from E-gu D, and had the Defendant receive the access media from the visitors and received it to the said D.

A. On January 16, 2013, the Defendant: (a) transferred the access media, such as a passbook connected to the E’s bank account (number F) from B to the F’s permanent residence; (b) transferred the said access media to the said D around that time; and (c) transferred the access media, such as a passbook connected to the G’s bank account (number H) from the non-permanent residence of a police officer on January 2013 to the G from the non-permanent residence of a police officer; (d) transferred the said access media to the said D around that time; and (e) transferred the said access media from the non-permanent residence of a permanent resident on March 16, 2013 to the said D, such as the passbook connected to the I’s bank account (number : J).

B. On October 30, 2012, the Defendant: (a) taken over the access media, such as the passbook connected to L’s bank account (M) from K to the non-permanent residence; (b) around that time, transferred the said access media to the said D; (c) taken over the access media, such as the passbook connected to the N’s bank account (O) from K from January 2013 to the non-permanent residence; and (d) around that time, transferred the said access media to the said D.

2. In using and managing access media, Defendant B shall not transfer or acquire such access media unless otherwise specifically provided for in other Acts;

Nevertheless, the defendant, upon the request of the above A to transfer the access media, is accepted by the defendant, and shall be from E to the non-permanent residence of the first police officer on January 2013.
