Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

A (A) around January 2006, using a false passport with the name named "C (English name)" and the date of birth "D." on or after January 2006, A (AB) is a ship of the nationality of the Republic of Korea of the Republic of China of the Republic of China who entered and illegally stayed in the Republic of Korea.

On May 31, 2013, the Defendant submitted an application for the driver's license test to a public official who is unable to know his/her name at the examination site of the driver's license in Gangseo-gu Seoul, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, with a false statement about his/her name C, resident registration number, E, and had a public official in charge of being aware of the fact pass the Class II ordinary driver's license test and issued a Class II ordinary driver's license under the name of the Seoul Regional Police Agency in which the above name and resident registration number are stated.

Accordingly, the defendant made a false report to a public official, and made him enter false facts into a driver's license.
