On January 2, 2017, Namyang Co., Ltd. entered into a “site cancer transportation contract” with the Defendant, which carries out approximately 270,000 cubic meters of rocks at the general industrial complex of Kim Jong-dong, Kim Jong-dong, Kim Jong-si, with the content of transporting them to the Defendant’s camping site located in Kimhae-si B (hereinafter “the instant camping site”).
