A As the head of the factory in Ulsan Factory B, a person in charge of safety and health affairs of workers, Defendant B is a corporation established for the purpose of the manufacture and sale of automobile parts, Defendant C is a person in charge of overall affairs of the relevant team as the head of the process and technology team of the Ulsan Factory B, and Defendant D is a person in charge of management of the work site as the head of the process and technology team of the Ulsan Factory B.
1. At around 12:00 on April 9, 2014, the injured party G (the age 41) who is an employee of the Ulsan Factory Co., Ltd., Defendant A, was engaged in the work of cutting off and repairing Wasing Unit (the machinery setting up the contamination level of the steel board) on the upper part (3,750m x 1,50m x 1,50m x 368m x 368m weight) of Wasing Unit (the steel board) with D from the frame B D located in the mountain factory located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

Accordingly, the Defendant was under treatment at the J Hospital located in Ulsan-gu I around April 12:43, 2014.
