Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding one million won.

Where the above fine is not paid, one million won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 13, 2015, at around 23:43, the Defendant: (a) started from the road in the Sinsi-si, Sinsi-si, Sinsi-si, and driven Bhodo-do-dong, under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of about 0.092%, from around 3 km to the road in front of the Sindong-dong reserve forces shooting range.
