A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 30, 201, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 700,000 to a fine of KRW 1.5 million for the same crime from the same court on February 3, 2014, and a fine of KRW 5 million for the same crime from the same court on February 4, 2016 in the same court, respectively, at the Hongsung Branch of the Daejeon District Court on March 30, 201.

As above, the Defendant, as a person who violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act more than twice again, driven B-wing three cargo vehicles without obtaining a driver’s license with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.27% from the section of about 10km from the front side of the Seongbuk-gun, Seocheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-do to the front side of the Hongwon-do, Seocheon-gun, Seocheon-do to the lower side of the red-sea of the same military in writing.

The Defendant, in violation of the Resident Registration Act, committed a traffic accident under the influence of alcohol at the time, time, and place specified in Paragraph (1) of this Article, resulting in the Defendant’s pro-friendly G resident registration number of the Defendant, who was requested by FF in charge of the police box posted to the said site to verify personal information, and entered “G” in the confirmation column of the report on the status of the driver of the vehicle, and then submitted his signature to F, who is unaware of such circumstances.
