Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The former Military Service Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “C”) around June 2012, the former Military Service Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “C”)

B. A subcontract between the Plaintiff and the Defendant entered into a subcontract with the Plaintiff in connection with the instant construction project. On May 20, 2013, after the Defendant succeeded to the status of the contractor of the instant construction project, the Plaintiff and the Defendant entered into a subcontract with the Plaintiff on around December 20, 2013, KRW 178,106,00 of the construction cost of reinforced concrete construction among the first portion of the instant construction project (the construction cost of KRW 224,690,000 on July 22, 2013; the construction cost of KRW 278,952,00 on December 31, 2013; and the construction cost of KRW 113,38,000 on February 10, 2014 thereafter, the construction cost of reinforced concrete construction among the second portion of reinforced concrete construction cost of KRW 113,38,000 on April 4, 2014.
