A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 12, 2013, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (collective violence, deadly weapons, etc.) and damaged property: (a) around 22:45 on the part of the victim D (here, 47 years of age) who was demanded by the victim D to pay the drinking value; (b) the victim so sound, “at any time,” and assaults the victim’s chest part on the right-hand drinking; (c) the victim was able to take the head of the victim’s singing-con, which is a dangerous thing located therein, and (d) one bed-con, which is a dangerous thing located therein, and assaults the victim at the right-hand part of the victim, and damages the victim’s 30,000 won at the market price.

2. The Defendant at the time and place of the performance of official duties: (a) asked the Defendant questions of the F District G belonging to the Jung-Eup Police Station F District G, and slope H, dispatched to the Defendant upon receiving a report at the time and place under paragraph (1); and (b) assaulted the victim at one time on the right drinking, with the victim’s upper part at the right drinking, when the said H interfered with performance of official duties reaches the Defendant’s situation.

At around 23:00 on the same day, the defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender by the above police officers, and assaulted the entrance part of the above G at one time within the patrol vehicle, which is connected to the district.

At around 23:03 on the same day, the Defendant, at the same time, threatened the police officers working for about two hours in the district office, with the left bucks part of the said G at the right edge, thereby threatening them to “be dead.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties of police officers on the maintenance of public order.
