A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Nevertheless, as above, the employees of Bosing under the name of the victim deceivinged the victim and caused the victim to deposit KRW 15 million with the G Bank account in the name of the F on September 27, 2019.

In order to obtain a loan from the account holder on the same day, the employees in the name of Bosing shall repeat the money to be deposited and withdrawn.
