1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
However, the above sentence shall be executed for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On December 14, 2017, Defendant A was issued a summary order of KRW 1 million with a fine of KRW 2 million at the Seoul Central District Court on January 25, 2018, with a fine of KRW 2 million as a crime of fraud at the Seoul Central District Court on March 15, 2018, a fine of KRW 3 million as a crime of fraud at the Seoul Northern District Court on March 15, 2018, and a fine of KRW 1.5 million as a crime of fraud at the Seoul Northern District Court on April 13, 2018, respectively.

B was issued a summary order of KRW 2 million at the Seoul Central District Court on April 20, 2015, and on July 3, 2015, the Seoul Central District Court sentenced a fine of KRW 6 months and a fine of KRW 300,000 to a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, etc. on July 18, 2015, and the judgment became final and conclusive on July 24, 2015, on September 24, 2015, the Seoul Central District Court issued a summary order of KRW 1 million as a fraud at the Seoul Central District Court on October 5, 2015, and a fine of KRW 2 million as a fraud at the Seoul Central District Court on July 18, 2017, respectively.

1. 2. Specific criminal acts;
A. Defendants C and D, along with C and D, are driving a K NASP car owned by Defendant B, C and D on the roads of the Bank of Korea located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul at around January 30, 2015, and Defendant B, C and D are found to change the car line from the two-lane to the one-lane, and caused a traffic accident by intentionally receiving the said SM5 car and causing a traffic accident, while driving as if the traffic accident occurred, Defendant A and Defendant B and D are affiliated with N, the husband of L.
