A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around 18:30 on July 1, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven a Grandland knife vehicle; (b) breached the stop signal at the intersection near the 2nd apartment of the Geum River in Gangseo-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, 5:00, international 109; and (c) attempted bypassing the right to the 2nd apartment.
