Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On July 27, 2007, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the Incheon District Court, and on June 5, 2016, a summary order of KRW 3 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the Jung-gu District Court is issued.

[2] On August 21, 2018, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.054% among blood, from around 100 meters away from the 100-meter section to the road front of the Dong-dong Do-dong Do-dong Do-dong Do-dong shopping district at around 00:20 on August 21, 2018.
