1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 450,683,924 and the amount of KRW 259,237,884 from October 18, 2016 to the date of full payment.

In full view of the respective descriptions and the purport of the entire arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 7, since the facts of the cause of the claim (the unpaid principal and interest by each claim shall be deemed to be "the plaintiff," and the debtor shall be deemed to be "the defendant," the defendant shall be liable to pay the plaintiff the unpaid principal and interest and damages for delay as shown in Paragraph (1) of the Disposition.

(The circumstance that the representative of the defendant received bankruptcy exemption does not affect the claim of this case). If so, the plaintiff's claim is justified, and thus, it is accepted.
