Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Part of the facts charged was revised to the extent that it does not harm the defendant's right of defense.

On November 12, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for eight months due to forced indecent acts, etc. by the Ulsan District Court and became subject to registration of personal information on April 2, 2016.

Where the basic personal information is changed, a person subject to registration shall submit the reason and details of such change to the head of the competent police agency within 20 days from the date on which such change occurs.

Nevertheless, on September 21, 2017, the Defendant did not submit the changed personal information to the head of the Ulsan-gu Police Station having jurisdiction over the Defendant’s domicile within 20 days from the registration of the vehicle of Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do, where the Defendant registered the vehicle of 2 Abdo-pured in the name of the Defendant at the registration office of the vehicle of Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do, and the basic personal information was changed
