A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 2, 2017, the Defendant: (a) was boarding a D taxi operated by the victim C(66 years of age) on the front side of the Daeyang-gu lender, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, 107, 71-81, a 71-3rd-ro, at the time of Goyangyangyang-gu around August 2, 2017; and (b) caused the victim’s injury to the victim by using the right hand room that occurs from the back seat of the victim’s right hand room at one time, with approximately three weeks of the victim’s right hand room or the part that occurs from the back seat.
