The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

On November 30, 201, the Defendant reported the marriage to the victim C (32 years) and on November 30, 201, and became a legally married couple, which became doubtful of the female relationship of the victim around July 2014, and the conflict with the victim occurred.

1. From the end of July 2014, around 01:00, the injured Defendant inflicted an injury upon the victim, such as avoiding the victim’s remaining place in pursuit of the victim’s female relationship at the Busan Shipping Daegu D, 105 Dong 806 residence, and the victim’s two arms, her hand, who want to get home, her seated with the victim’s hand her seat, and her seated with the victim’s her seat her seat her seat, or having the victim go far away from her seat.

2. Violence;

A. On August 1, 2014, at around 12:00, the Defendant: (a) arrested the victim’s female relationship within the victim’s driver’s car moving to F located in Busan East-gu E; (b) laid down the victim’s necker; and (c) assaulted the victim’s head knife with her hand by cutting down the victim’s head knife and her hand.

B. On September 26, 2014, the Defendant: (a) expressed the victim’s desire at the place indicated in paragraph (1) around 23:00; and (b) assaulted the victim with the wheels of both arms.
