Punishment of the crime

On February 25, 2016, at around 02:36, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of a back-to-door bags equivalent to KRW 20,000 in the market price of the victim D, which was located adjacent to the Plaintiff’s seat located adjacent to the Plaintiff’s seat; (b) and (c) under the market price of the Plaintiff’s clothes located adjacent to the Plaintiff’s seat.
