1. The plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. Each real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter referred to as “instant real estate” or “the instant 11 real estate” as indicated in the separate sheet, and each of the instant real estate 1 through 3 is the owner of the Defendant.

B. Meanwhile, each of the instant 4 through 11’s real estate is owned by D (Death on February 26, 194), which is the plaintiffs and the Defendant’s referenced by D (Death on February 26, 194), by acquiring it by means of sole inheritance or sale from E (Death on December 22, 1949), and D died on February 26, 191, and as the plaintiffs and their mother-friendly F (the plaintiffs and the Defendant’s mother-child) died on July 22, 2002, the plaintiffs, the defendants, the Defendant, the non-party G, each of 5/25 shares, 3/25 shares, and 2/25 shares, respectively.

C. The Plaintiffs filed a lawsuit against the Defendant for the registration of ownership transfer of each of the instant 1/4 shares among the instant 1/3 real estate (this Court 2014da9785). The court of first instance rendered a favorable judgment by recognizing that the Defendant agreed to transfer the said 1/4 shares among the said 1/3 real estate to the Plaintiffs on January 16, 2015, including the Plaintiff and the Defendant, D, F, G, and H, upon consultation on distribution of various additional charges including the instant 1/3 real estate, on January 3, 1998.

Accordingly, from the appellate court (this Court 2015Na885) that the Defendant appealed and proceeded with, on December 10, 2015, the following mediation was established during the attendance of the Plaintiffs and the Defendant:

hereinafter referred to as "mediation of this case"

1.1. The defendant shall implement the procedure for the transfer registration of ownership on January 3, 198 with respect to the share of 1/4 of each of the real estate of this case 1 through 3 and the real estate of this case 11 on January 3, 198.

2. The plaintiff shall implement the procedure for the transfer registration of ownership on the ground of a transfer agreement dated January 3, 1988 with respect to each real property of this case 4 to 10.
