A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On February 2, 2013, the Defendant received the “loan for Housing Lease” from financial institutions by using false documents from his name-free loan hub in order to divide the loans from the financial institutions. The Defendant received the proposal and accepted the loan.

Around April 17, 2013, the Defendant, along with the above loan hub, prepared a false apartment lease agreement as if he had no intention to rent an apartment, and even if he had no intention to rent the apartment, the Defendant entered into a false apartment lease agreement as if he leased KRW 303,00,000,000 to KRW 100,000.

On April 19, 2013, the Defendant: (a) received a false certificate of employment and a false certificate of income tax withholding from the said loan hub that “the Defendant works in the G located in Osan-si from November 1, 2012,” and (b) submitted an apartment lease contract, certificate of employment, and certificate of income tax withholding to the employees in charge of the above bank loan in the name of the said bank at the above bank branch of the said bank; (c) filed an application for the “house lease loan” with the employees in charge of the above bank loan in the name of the said bank; and (d) submitted the apartment lease contract, the certificate of employment, and the certificate of income tax withholding.

After all, the Defendant, in collusion with a name-free loan hub, conspiredd with an employee in charge of financing a corporate bank by the above method, and deceiving the employee from the corporate bank of the victim, and received money from the corporate bank of KRW 59,965,00 from the bank account in the name of E under the name of a loan for a house lease on May 3, 2013.
