Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a U.S. national soldier subject to the usfk Status Agreement (SOFA).

At around 01:00 on August 16, 2015, the Defendant, while drinking alcohol on the 10th floor of the victim E hotel in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, destroyed a glass luminous plane (1.5m wide, 1m vertical length) installed on a swimming pool, wherein two and one plastic chairs, which contain a system to prevent the corrosion of pipes, are put on the roof to a five-story swimming pool, and destroyed a glass luminous plane (1.5m wide, 1m long) installed on the swimming pool.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the property owned by the victim to be non-repaired.
