Plaintiff

With respect to the registration of the right to claim ownership transfer under the name of the defendant, which completed the real estate stated in Paragraph (1) of the same Article, the plaintiff sought the cancellation of the above provisional registration against the defendant, while the right to conclude the sales reservation, which is the cause of the above provisional registration, has ceased to exist over the exclusion period.
