Basic Facts

Plaintiff

A is China, and was employed as a primary employee in the Republic of Korea around 2012.

Plaintiff

B is the wife of Plaintiff A, and Plaintiff C is the wife of Plaintiff A and B.

On July 19, 2011, Defendant F purchased cement bricks, cement slabs and cement bars and double-storys (hereinafter “instant housing”) and completed the registration of ownership transfer on September 20, 201.

Plaintiff

A leased and resided separately in the instant house owned by Defendant F from Defendant F, and around 16:00 on February 26, 2012, at around 16:00, a fire due to gas explosion occurred in the separate house Nos. 2, and around 3 degrees of images on both sides and knives (hereinafter “instant accident”).

On January 12, 2012, Defendant D entered into a Rotterdam construction agreement with Defendant F to carry out construction works on the instant housing and separate bonds (1, 2, 3, and 5) and to collect KRW 16,500,000 in return for such construction works. Under the said agreement, Defendant D carried out artificial insemination construction works on the instant housing and separate bonds.

Around February 2012, Defendant E operated gas pipeline construction and gas sales business under the trade name of “H,” Defendant D awarded a subcontract for the construction of liquefied petroleum gas use facilities (storage facilities, supply facilities, and consumption facilities) with respect to four separate houses and separate houses (including separate houses 2 rooms in which the instant accident occurred) from Defendant D, and had I, an employee, perform the construction of the relevant gas use facilities.

The Defendant Han LP Gas Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Hanhwa”) concluded a gas accident compensation liability insurance contract with the Korea LP Gas Sales Association, which provides that the insured amount is KRW 350,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000.

Defendant E is a liquefied petroleum gas.
