Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On August 22, 2016, from around 08:30 to 09:00, the Defendant, at the request of the Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Gwangjin-gu Office, sent to the victim C (55 years) who was in the process of replacing sewage pipes, and the victim D (35 years) who was in the process of performing the work of replacing sewage pipes, and caused it not to be able to be able to sleep well, the Defendant: (a) laid down the kitchen 2 knife (18cc in the knife length, 20cc in the knife) of the kitchen, which is a dangerous object, in a knife, in a knife each hand, and (b) laid off the victims with knife without suspending the work.

Accordingly, the defendant, carrying dangerous articles, threatened victims, and interfered with the work of the victims by force.
