1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally serve as KRW 2,300,000,000 on the Plaintiff and as a result, from July 7, 2007 to September 7, 2007.

1. Basic facts

A. Daejeon Mutual Savings Bank (hereinafter “ Daejeon Mutual Savings Bank”) concluded a credit transaction agreement with Defendant A on August 7, 2006 and loaned KRW 2,300,000,000 to Defendant A (hereinafter “instant loan”).

B. Defendant B, Defendant C, Defendant D, Defendant E, Defendant F, Defendant G, Defendant H, Defendant Tae Young C, Defendant Tae Young-CC Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Tae Young-CC”), Defendant Shin Young-CC Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Shin Young-CC”), and Defendant I (hereinafter “Defendant I”) concluded a guarantee agreement within the limit of KRW 2,90,000,00, respectively, with respect to the present and future obligations owed by Defendant A for the mutual savings bank in Daejeon, Daejeon Mutual Savings Bank (Provided, That Defendant C, April 7, 2007) and Daejeon Mutual Savings Bank; and Defendant A, with respect to all obligations owed by the present and future. Defendant B, Defendant C, Defendant C, Defendant E, Defendant Tae Young-CC, Defendant Tae-CC, and Defendant I concluded a guarantee agreement within the limit of KRW 3,00,000,000 (a guarantee agreement).

C. On April 7, 2007, when Defendant A was unable to repay the loan due to the maturity of the instant loan, Defendant A requested Daejeon Mutual Savings Bank to extend the maturity and to reduce interest. On June 1, 2007, Daejeon Mutual Savings Bank approved the extension of the maturity and the extension of the loan to January 7, 2008 without interest reduction and exemption.

From July 7, 2007, Defendant A did not pay interest and lost the benefit of September 8, 2007, which was two months thereafter.

E. Daejeon Mutual Savings Bank goes bankrupt on February 2, 2012 as Daejeon District Court 201Hahap1.
