1. The Defendants are to the Plaintiff:
(a) deliver the buildings listed in the separate sheet;
(b) KRW 11,542,180 and as regards it, 201.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. On October 19, 2017, the Plaintiff acquired the ownership of the building indicated in the separate sheet.
B. The Defendants are occupying buildings listed in the attached list without permission prior to October 19, 2017.
(c) The amount equivalent to the annual rent for the buildings listed in the separate sheet is KRW 11,542,180 from October 19, 2017 to January 3, 2019, and is KRW 9,765,710 each year thereafter.
Therefore, the Defendants are obligated to deliver to the Plaintiff the building indicated in the attached list, and pay unjust enrichment equivalent to the rental fee from October 19, 2017.
