The judgment below

Examining the evidence duly admitted by the first instance court, which maintained the reasoning of the judgment below, the court below was justified in finding the Defendant guilty of the fraud of victim V, AD, AG, and AL among the facts charged in the instant case on the grounds stated in its reasoning, and contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules

Furthermore, there is no circumstance to view that the first instance court violated the defendant's right to participate in the examination of witness in the course of the trial.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
