Punishment of the crime

On August 21, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 03:40 on August 21, 2015, the Defendant: (b) destroyed the victim’s “D” restaurant operated in Busan Seo-gu B on the ground that the victim was satisfed with his own food; (c) destroyed the victim’s market price, which was located therein, by launching a 150,000 won, and obstructed the victim’s restaurant business for about 10 minutes, such as taking a bath to customers, and making a satisf with drinking.
