Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No person other than a pharmacy founder may sell drugs or acquire drugs for the purpose of sale.

Nevertheless, around April 2013, the Defendant acquired at the “C” adult product sales store for the Defendant’s operation located in Jung-si’s Government-si, for the purpose of selling 6mg of Sag 12, Sag 100 g 43, Sag 100 g, and Sag 20 g 6m of Sag 20 g.
