1. The Defendant calculated the Plaintiff’s KRW 105,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from December 7, 2016 to the date of full payment.

In full view of the purport of Gap evidence Nos. 1 (the defendant's name, which is recognized as the defendant's writing by the result of the written appraisal by the appraiser C, is presumed to be the authenticity of the whole document), Gap evidence Nos. 2, 3-1, and 2, and the whole arguments, the plaintiff can be acknowledged to have lent the defendant a sum of KRW 15 million on February 27, 2009, KRW 100 million on April 1, 2009, and KRW 5 million on April 1, 2009, and there is no counter-proof, the defendant is liable to pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 150 million on the record that the plaintiff was delivered the original copy of the payment order to the defendant from December 7, 2016 to the day of full payment.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
