1. The Defendant’s KRW 36,235,50 for the Plaintiff and KRW 6% per annum from December 11, 2016 to December 27, 2017.

According to the purport of each of the statements and arguments as to Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 9, the plaintiff supplied the defendant with fish farming feed from September 4, 2016 to December 10, 2016, and the fact that the amount of KRW 36,235,500 out of the amount of the feed has not been paid. As the plaintiff seeks, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 36,235,500 from December 11, 2016 to December 27, 2017, the delivery date of the original original copy of the payment order of this case, and damages for delay calculated at each rate of KRW 15% per annum as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, from the next day to December 27, 2017.

If so, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted for the reasons and it is so decided as per Disposition.
